KLAMATH OUTDOOR SCIENCE SCHOOL
Inspiring a deep appreciation for natural resources, community, and the arts through hands-on outdoor education
Ever wondered what lives in a creek? Do the same critters live in a pond? Find out by exploring Jenny Creek and the Lincoln Mill Pond with naturalists from Klamath Outdoor Science School, BLM, and Friends of the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument. Learn to identify fish and other organisms, and study the tiniest ones under a microscope!
For students in 2nd through 6th grades.
Camp in tents (provided) on the Pinehurst School grounds and enjoy yummy meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast & lunch) and make new friends! Van transportation between Pinehurst and Jenny Creek will be provided.
Limited to 36 students, so register early! Registration closes on Sept. 12. Cost is $60. Please let us know if cost is a problem, however!
A packing list, medical form, and directions to Pinehurst will be emailed to you after you register. For more information, contact Marj Glass at marj@glassmail.net or 541-891-4177.
